Everyday Ordinary (Online) | 8 Weeks | $97.
with Coach Jennifer Alexander

You have been told your whole life that the way your body looks is the sum of who you are. Then you hit your 40s, the hormones shift, you are tired and emotional and nothing that used to work is working. So you start over on Monday. Again.

This is not that.

Everyday Ordinary is eight weeks of learning to take care of the body you actually live in, in the life you actually have. No gym required. No two-hour blocks. No obsessing over every bite. Just real training, simple nutrition, and one honest conversation a week about the things that hold women back from taking care of themselves.

What you get:

    •    3 lifting days a week, 30 minutes each, done at home with a set of 5 lb weights and something heavier
    •    Daily walks with prompts, because walking is the most underrated thing you can do for your heart, your head, and your hormones
    •    Anti-inflammatory nutrition written out for women over 40. Simple, effective, and not a diet
    •    A weekly live video call with me where we can actually see each other. Recorded if you cannot make it
    •    Recorded workouts in the app so you can move when your day allows it
    •    A teaching track built on longevity science: muscle, endurance, VO2 max, mobility, and sleep
    •    Your Everyday Ordinary t-shirt at the end of week 8
    •    An open invitation to our pop-up events, including Pilates in the park

How it works:

Every week installs one rhythm. Not a theme you feel good about for four days, an actual rhythm you keep. Eight weeks, eight rhythms, and you walk out with a life that runs on them instead of on motivation.

Each week moves through three strands: MOVE, NOURISH, and LIVE IT OUT. Same lesson, three forms.

We capture your baseline in week one and repeat it exactly in week eight, so your progress is something you can see, not something you have to feel.

Who this is for:

Women over 40 who are done starting over. Busy moms, busy women, beginners welcome, all levels supported.
